Jennifer Sanchez-Flack, PhD, MPH

Postdoctoral Fellow, Cancer Education and Career Development Program

Dr. Jen Sanchez-Flack is a postdoctoral fellow in the UIC Cancer Education and Career Development Program.

Prior to her fellowship, Dr. Sanchez-Flack was an assistant professor (a tenure-track position) in the University of North Carolina, Asheville, Health and Wellness Department for two years.

She was awarded her doctorate in public health from San Diego State University and the University of California at San Diego in 2017. Her dissertation discussed "A Food Environment Perspective on the Fruit and Vegetable Dietary Behaviors of U.S. Hispanics." She earned her MPH in health behavior and health education from the University of Michigan.
