Lewis-Burke Associates, LLC (Lewis-Burke), is a federal research, healthcare, and education consulting firm in Washington, DC, whose clients include the University of Illinois System. In this webinar, a Lewis-Burke team will discuss opportunities to support public health research available through federal agencies. The panel will not only explore funding opportunities at the Department of Health and Human Services, but also discuss opportunities in other agencies, including the National Science Foundation, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Justice

The Lewis-Burke panel will include Erin Cadwalader, PhD; Julie Jolly Rose; William Ruch; Paula Trimble; and Naomi Webber, PhD.

The discussion will help School of Public Health faculty and IHRP-affiliated researchers connect their research goals with federal research trends and identify programs and priorities at federal agencies to identify funding opportunities and/or help make grant and fellowship applications more competitive.

This session is hosted by the Office of Research Services of the UIC School of Public Health in partnership with IHRP.
