Chalk Talk: Multilevel Modeling for Complex Survey Data

Kim, Yoonsang. (2014, Nov. 11). What You Need to Know about Multilevel Modeling for Complex Survey Data [PDF of PowerPoint slides]. Institute for Health Research and Policy, University of Illinois at Chicago.

In this session, we will discuss how to analyze survey data with longitudinal measures or with multiple levels where the hierarchical relationships and variation are substantively important. The role of sampling weights in survey data, how to use them in multilevel/longitudinal analysis, and recent developments in available statistical software also will be discussed.
