Evaluation of Strong for Life Program in the Faith in Action Initiative

Abstract

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has proposed a pilot of the "Strong for Life" exercise program as part of the services offered to older homebound care recipients participating in the Faith in Action Initiative. The UIC Center for Research on Health and Aging will evaluate the feasibility and impact of the Strong for Life pilot program as adapted for this new setting and target population.
