Dilip Pandey, MD, PhD

Associate Professor of Neurology and Rehabilitation

Dr. Dilip Pandey is an associate professor of neurology and rehabilitation medicine with significant experience in clinical trials, epidemiological and outcome studies, and data management and statistical analysis for both NIH and non-NIH sponsored studies.

Dr. Pandey, a physician epidemiologist and an experienced mentor, directs clinical research in the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation of the UIC College of Medicine at Chicago. He also has an affiliate faculty appointment in the Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the UIC School of Public Health and adjunct faculty appointment in the Department of Preventive Medicine at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He is a member of the Stroke Statistics Subcommittee of the American Heart Association's Council on Epidemiology and Prevention.

At IHRP, Dr. Pandey is the principal investigator of the Illinois Prevention Research Center's collaboration in the CDC-funded Managing Epilepsy Well network. For this work, he is recognized as an IHRP Fellow.
