Directions

IHRP is located in the Westside Research Office Building (WROB), a blue and white building on the southeast corner of Roosevelt Road and Wood Street at 1747 W. Roosevelt Rd.

A few metered parking spots are available on the south side of the building. The meters require quarters, one for 10 minutes, for a maximum of two hours.

Covered parking is available at the Wood Street Parking Structure, 1100 S. Wood St., only a five-minute walk from IHRP.

Please take the elevator to the fifth floor and check in at the IHRP reception desk. The number for that desk is (312) 996-7222.

For directions from different parts of Chicago:

Via the CTA	Take the Pink Line (54/Cermak) to Polk. Turn left from the station exit. Walk one block to Wood, turn left and walk two blocks to Roosevelt.
From the North	Take the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) to the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) westbound and keep to the right; take the second exit from the Eisenhower Expressway, which is Ashland Avenue; take Ashland south to Roosevelt; take Roosevelt west to Wood Street.
From the West	Take the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) to the Ashland Avenue exit; take Ashland south to Roosevelt; take Roosevelt west to Wood Street.
From the East	Take Harrison Street or Roosevelt Road west to Wood Street. If you take Harrison, go south on Wood to Roosevelt.
From the South	Take the Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/94) and exit on Roosevelt Road (1200 south); go west on Roosevelt to Wood Street.
